TEAM supports entering Tatarstan markets to companies and investors

Consulting group TEAM with the support Representative Officeof Tatrstan Republic Government in Saint-Petersburg and Association Lenpetrotat arranged a business-mission to Tatarstan from 23 till 25 of May. Representatives of international companies from Saint-Petersburg, Finland and Estonia took part in the event.

Viktor Mironov, Managing Director of TEAM:

“Our group includes international companies who has offices and doing business in Saint-Petersburg. All them see Tatarstan as an interesting market and unique region for their business development or manufacturing location. We had also delegates of business support infrastructure Finland and Estonia, the closest countries to St.-Petersburg. They are looking for export-oriented companies, and also manufacturers who can work as a suppliers and subcontractors for international companies, entering the Russian market. Besides we all admire the beauty of Kazan city, it’s extended infrastructure, keeping in mind also other Tatatrstan cultural centers: Volgian Bulgaria, Sviyazhsk and Yelabuga. We hope that in addition to strengthening business relations, we can conduce the opening of the region for new tourists.”

During the three-day trip to the Tatarstan republic companies and businessmen of Nord-West held meetings on a higher level in the Investment Development Agency, Ministry of Economics and Industry, Ministry of Construction, and Committee on tourism.

Participants visited Kazan IT-park, where they got acquainted with residents and IT-park projects. As a part of the visit, Estonian Agency of Economic development and TEAM held a presentation of possibilities for ICT-business internalization.

Visit of Innopolis city was a separate point for mission. All participants could see and touch the first results of project, including Free Economical Zone and University of Innopolis. Within the third day the visit was held to Alabuga Indistrial Economical Zone, the flagship project of Tatarstan republic and the whole Russian economic to attract investors and develop the industrial production.
