TEAM won a claim for 5 million eur

Last week, TEAM lawyers won a case in the Arbitration Court of the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, which had been considered in the first instance for more than two years.

It was a complex case under the laws of the Republic of Finland and international private law. As a result of the actions of TEAM, the client in the status of the defendant defended his rights and was able to save almost 5 million euros (the price of the claim, taking into account the clarifications of the plaintiff). There will certainly be an appeal ahead, but most of the work has already been done successfully.
