TEAM to start work on strategy of Pskov city

At the end of February 2020, between the Administration of the city of Pskov and the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - RANEPA), a state contract was concluded, according to which RANEPA must carry out research work (research) on the theme “Development strategy of the city of Pskov until 2030 and action plan for the implementation of the development strategy of the city of Pskov till 2030".

TEAM was the initiator of the participation of the RANEPA in the tender procedures organized for the procurement of R&D services for the development of the strategy of the city of Pskov, and it will become the main co-executor of the development under an agreement with the RANEPA, fulfilling some positions of the terms of reference in full and participating in all activities stipulated by the assignment.
