Support for socially-oriented entrepreneurs

Dear Clients!

This is to inform you that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 685 of 05/15/2020, the support measures for entrepreneurs due to coronavirus infection have been extended also to socially oriented non-government organisations who now may obtain the support as well.

Such measures include:
1. postponement of the taxes due as a result of Q1 and Q2 2020 (excluding VAT and personal income tax) to 6-4 month (till Sept-Nov 2020);
2. similar postponement of salary taxes (payments for mandatory pension, social and medical insurance of the staff);
3. possibility to extend the payment of all the above taxes and fees within 1 year (by 1/12 installments monthly).
4. possibility to apply beneficial salary taxaion for payments to staff above the minimal salary (15% instead of 30%)

According to the instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation, the register of socially-oriented NGOs was created by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and published on the website of the Ministry.

NGOs included in the mentioned above register will also receive the right to apply for a soft loan for the payment of wages to employees. The lending program started on June 1st. The term of the loan is no more than 1 year. A loan rate of 2% is maintained for the entire period of the contract with the bank, provided that recipient mainiain the employment level and avoid job cuts. Debt on a loan to a borrower can be written off subject to the following conditions: maintaining the number of employees at 90%, the average salary of employees not lower than the minimum wage and no signs of bankruptcy.

NGO which corresponds to criteria established by the Decree of the Government but not been included to the register may apply for consideration of their case to the government office whey cooperate with.
